- Deprecated 1,000+ unused reports, 10 dashboards, 13 page layouts, 32 inactive validation rules, 78 inactive workflow rules, 300+ unassigned roles, 8 profiles, and 21 unassigned permission sets
- Performed all changes as dry runs in a Full Data Sandbox before touching Production — uncovering 28 Frozen Administrator users hard-coded into the core APEX automation, which would have broken critical business processes if deactivated
- Documented the technical debt finding and built a remediation plan to safely address the frozen admin risk before any further production deployment
