  • Performed all changes as dry runs in a Full Data Sandbox before touching Production — uncovering 28 Frozen Administrator users hard-coded into the core APEX automation, which would have broken critical business processes if deactivated
  • Documented the technical debt finding and built a remediation plan to safely address the frozen admin risk before any further production deployment
